What's next, after I order NextRound?
After you have placed your order, we will contact you personally by telephone. Here we get acquainted and discuss interesting applications for you. The order will be prepared, and you will receive track & trace codes for the delivery of the NextRound punching bag and the installation package. These are two different deliveries. The installation package includes an installation booklet with a clear roadmap. If you can't figure it out, we are available for support. We will also call you after installation in order to optimize use during the initial period. Here you have the opportunity to discuss your wishes as we help you achieve these goals. After the first period we will have personal contact again to discuss the status and help where needed!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 14 business days. Depending on your location and our current print runs, delivery time may vary between 5-20 business days. We will of course let you know as soon as possible. You will also receive a track & trace code when everything is on its way.
Do I have a warranty on NextRound?
Yes, we provide a two-year warranty under normal use.
Is the tablet in the total package?
With single boxing bags, we always supply a tablet along for optimal use of the product. For group classes and multiple boxing bags, we will create a customized solution, and together we will look at how many tablets or monitors will fit.
Can I personalize the punching bag with my own logo?
This is possible for a small additional cost. Of course, delivery times will also be a little longer. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
